
Overview
The Reserve at Gulf Hills is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Manager to lead daily operations and help drive the success of our community in Ocean Springs, MS. This role is ideal for a property management professional with strong leadership skills, pricing strategy experience, and a passion for resident satisfaction.
Position Summary The Community Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, including leasing performance, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using technology and data to optimize pricing, improve occupancy, and enhance the overall resident experience.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the community, ensuring high standards of service and performance
Utilize Price Optimization software to assist with determining rental rates, maximizing occupancy, and minimizing vacancy loss
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
Manage leasing performance, renewals, and vacancy fill efforts
Handle resident concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently
Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure timely and quality service
Work closely with ownership and regional leadership to meet financial and operational goals
Maintain accurate records and reporting using property management software
Travel as needed to attend training classes or assist at other properties when required
Required Qualifications
Previous Property Management experience (Community Manager or similar role preferred)
Experience with Price Optimization software
Strong background in leasing, marketing, and occupancy management
Proven ability to manage resident relations and resolve conflicts
Experience overseeing maintenance operations and vendors
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
