Responsibilities This is a hybrid contract role for a Real Estate Agent, based on the MS Gulf Coast, with the flexibility to perform some tasks remotely. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling properties, conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on local market trends. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring a seamless real estate process.
Qualifications
Thorough understanding of real estate practices, local market trends, negotiations, and contracts
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Proficiency in marketing, property listings, and use of digital tools and technologies
Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients effectively
Active real estate license in the state of Mississippi
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and in a hybrid work environment
Previous experience in real estate sales or related fields is a plus
