Ancira Partners Chevy GMC is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join our Parts Department. This role is responsible for assisting customers and internal departments with parts identification, ordering, and fulfillment while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced dealership environment. You must be customer service oriented, coachable, organized and be able to multi-task. Familiarity with CDK is very helpful. Inventory experience helpful. Automotive parts experience is required, and bilingual candidates are strongly preferred. Benefits

Assist retail, wholesale, and internal customers with parts inquiries and purchases Identify correct parts using dealership systems and manufacturer resources Process parts orders, returns, and special orders accurately and efficiently Support inventory control efforts, including stocking and organization Maintain accurate records and documentation in dealership systems Deliver professional, courteous customer service at all times Work collaboratively with Service, Sales, and Parts team members Qualifications
Automotive parts experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask effectively Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Familiarity with CDK strongly preferred Inventory experience a plus Must be legally eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing EOE
