Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to provide parental leave coverage for a senior product marketing leader focused on global creator initiatives. In this role, you will own go-to-market strategy and integrated marketing programs that attract, onboard, and retain creators—authors, publishers, narrators, and other audio storytellers—who build and distribute their work on our platform. You will sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and content, shaping narratives that speak to creator needs and translating them into compelling end-to-end campaigns. This role is ideal for a self-directed marketer who can quickly ramp into an established roadmap, build trust with cross-functional partners, and ensure continuity for critical in-flight programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead go-to-market (GTM) planning for creator-facing product launches, updates, and key feature rollouts.
Design and execute integrated campaigns to drive creator awareness, sign-ups, and active engagement across the creator lifecycle.
Manage always-on programs and evergreen content across web, email, social, and paid channels to educate and nurture creator audiences.
Develop segment-specific value propositions, messaging frameworks, and proof points based on creator research and insights.
Partner with product management, content/programming, regional marketing, and partnership teams to align launch strategies and storytelling.
Collaborate with creative, copywriting, and performance marketing teams to brief, produce, and optimize marketing assets.
Monitor campaign performance, synthesize insights, and recommend data-driven optimizations to targeting, messaging, and channels.
Create and maintain internal enablement materials such as positioning documents, feature one-sheets, FAQs, and launch playbooks.
Support experimentation roadmaps, including A/B tests on landing pages, emails, value propositions, and funnel experiences.
Stay current on the creator economy, audio and publishing trends, and competitive offerings to inform strategy and positioning.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or closely related roles.
Track record of leading go-to-market strategies and end-to-end launch execution for B2B, marketplace, or creator-focused products.
Proven ability to craft clear, differentiated messaging grounded in customer or creator insights.
Hands-on experience building and managing multi-channel programs (web, email, social, content marketing, and paid media).
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and regional teams to coordinate launches and ongoing initiatives.
Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver against multiple concurrent workstreams.
Comfort with metrics, dashboards, and experimentation; able to translate performance data into actionable next steps.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Background in creator platforms, digital media, publishing, or marketplace businesses is highly desirable.
Ability to quickly onboard into an interim role, understand existing strategies, and maintain momentum with minimal oversight.
Who You Are
A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute.
Deeply curious about creators and motivated to help them succeed on platform.
Collaborative and clear in communication, able to keep multiple stakeholders aligned and informed.
Adaptable, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity within a fast-paced environment.
