Role Summary New Classic Events is seeking a professional and results-driven Event Sales & Outreach Coordinator to support our continued growth. This position serves as the primary point of contact for hospitality businesses interested in adding live entertainment to their venues.
You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and converting qualified hospitality partners into recurring clients. This is a sales-focused outreach role designed to build long-term relationships that generate consistent, repeat bookings.
Who You Will Contact Outreach will be focused exclusively on the hospitality sector, including:
Bars
Restaurants
Hotels
Country Clubs
These businesses provide the greatest opportunity for ongoing entertainment partnerships.
What You Will Sell You will represent and promote New Classic Events’ core entertainment services:
DJ Services
Music Bingo
Karaoke
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms
Present New Classic Events’ services to hospitality decision-makers
Identify qualified leads and schedule discovery calls
Close partnerships when appropriate
Maintain organized records of outreach and follow-ups
Develop long-term relationships with venue partners
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, booking, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence in presenting and closing service offerings
Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
