$24-$27 Per Hour Job Summary
Answer inbound customer calls, process policy maintenance requests, and update policy information. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer inbound phone calls pertaining to policies issued by Beneficial Life. Provide accurate and satisfactory answers to customer questions and concerns. Process policy maintenance requests and other workflow items. Ability to navigate and utilize the organization’s computer systems. Ability to learn and follow tech-established procedures. Work in compliance with Company policies and procedures Maintain strict confidentiality. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
Ability to communicate effectively with customers using standard telecommunications and computer equipment. Good organizational, prioritization, written, verbal, and time-management skills. Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software. Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent Three months to one year of customer service or insurance experience preferred Basic math and general analytical skills Excellent oral communication Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites Proven experience with customers and general office procedures Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Benefits
