American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Automotive to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from AGWS Customers to assist with questions related to maintenance claims. You will assist customers by walking them through and helping them understand their contract in relation to their maintenance claim requests.
