This is an on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Downers Grove, IL. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, maintaining positive customer experiences, and responding to requests efficiently. Additional duties include engaging with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address concerns, provide product/service information, and escalate issues when necessary.
