Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of REST APIs and JSON, with the ability to interpret code snippets.
Exceptional writing skills, with a focus on clarity and detail.
Experience in developing user guides, manuals, SOPs, and other technical documentation.
Ability to conduct interviews with subject matter experts to simplify complex information.
Preferred qualifications include experience with government documentation compliance and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart.
Basic programming or IT knowledge.
Background in UX writing.
Proficiency in Markdown, HTML, and CSS.
Experience writing for SaaS or software-based products.
Responsibilities
