Senior Brand & Visual Designer – High-End Lifestyle House Location: Los Angeles (Mid City area) Fully on site, Monday–Friday - not flexible Compensation: From $85,000+ DOE full-time, approx. 40 hours per week A high-profile luxury interiors and lifestyle brand is looking for a Senior Brand & Visual Designer to join its in-house creative studio. This is a hands-on role for a designer who is fluent in sophisticated typography, elevated branding, and digital design, and who enjoys bringing an established creative vision to life with precision and consistency. The ideal designer thrives in a highly curated, founder-led environment, is comfortable receiving detailed direction, and is skilled at refining work through multiple rounds of feedback. You lean into the brand’s aesthetic language, prioritize consistency, and take pride in executing thoughtful, meticulous design that supports a broader creative vision. What You’ll Do Steward and extend an existing visual identity system across print, digital, and experiential touchpoints. Produce refined digital and print assets including web layouts, email designs, social content, packaging, printed collateral, and presentation materials. Keep brand resources organized and up to date, including typography, color palettes, templates, and asset libraries. Partner with digital and product stakeholders to evolve site layouts, flows, and content, ensuring a cohesive, premium online experience. Mock up and adapt webpages such as home, collection, campaign, and product pages for seasonal or campaign-driven updates. Participate in content production—on-set for photo and video shoots—supporting composition, styling needs, and capture of assets for multiple channels. Oversee post-production for imagery and video: retouching direction, color correction, cropping, and edits to align with brand standards. Deliver final, properly formatted assets to internal partners and select external collaborators on tight timelines. What You Bring 3–5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within a luxury, design-driven brand or creative agency environment. A portfolio that demonstrates strong typographic judgment, brand systems thinking, and polished visual storytelling. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with email design platforms (such as Klaviyo or similar) is a plus. Working knowledge of motion/ video graphics and editing for digital and social channels. Ability to interpret and translate specific, sometimes nuanced, creative direction into cohesive, on-brief executions. Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organization and an eye for detail from concept through final delivery. Awareness of current digital design standards, UX best practices, and emerging visual trends, with the discretion to apply them appropriately within a luxury context. Employer-supported medical coverage options. 401 (k) program with employer contributions to support long-term financial planning. Seasonal “Summer Friday” early-release days. Paid Time Off with accrual increasing based on tenure and seniority. On-site or covered parking options. Weekly in-studio wellness sessions (such as yoga, Pilates, or HIIT) to support well-being. A studio culture centered on collaboration, creative exploration, and regular team events. Day-to-day comforts including a stocked kitchen with snacks and beverages. This opportunity is best suited for a designer who is energized by the nuances of a luxury brand, values craft at every level of execution, and is excited to grow within a closely knit, studio-based team.
