What to Expect
Organize and manage program agendas for national corporate events, trade shows, and conferences
Collaborate with national departments to deliver high-quality events, managing multiple activities simultaneously
Handle logistics and execution of sponsorship deliverables for industry events
Source venues and coordinate client dinners for hosted and sponsored events
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on event metrics and make recommendations for improvements
What is Required
3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong administrative and budget management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
How to Stand Out
Previous experience in commercial real estate is considered an asset
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively
Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations
