Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage program agendas for national corporate events, trade shows, and conferences
Collaborate with national departments and service line leaders to execute world-class events
Oversee logistics and execution of sponsorship deliverables at industry events
Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on event attendance and business metrics
Maintain annual event calendar and manage event-related contracts and budgets
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in a corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Administrative and budget management skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous commercial real estate experience is considered an asset
Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple deadlines
Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate options in various situations
