Organize and manage program agendas for national corporate events, including conferences and trade shows Collaborate with national departments and service line leaders to ensure successful event execution Oversee logistics and sponsorship deliverables for internal and external industry events Coordinate vendor relationships for sourcing and shipping branded items and client gifts Prepare and maintain reports on event metrics and recommendations for improvements Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in event coordination, preferably in a corporate setting Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong administrative and budget management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite Exceptional organizational, customer service, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications
