Responsibilities
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across various industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, and networking
Deliver consultative presentations to demonstrate how Genius® can streamline operations and enhance customer loyalty
Collaborate with management to identify sales opportunities and close deals quickly
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Must be at least 18 years old and reside within the geographic area of the posting
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to spend at least 75% of time in the field
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature
Proven success in exceeding sales targets
