Sales Manager, Central Region . Position Summary

The Sales Manager, Central Region is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with top-tier luxury travel advisors and agencies throughout the Central United States. Representing the Independently Yours portfolio, this role drives awareness, engagement, and revenue for our collection of luxury hotel and DMC partners worldwide. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales at Independently Yours, the Sales Manager will leverage existing industry relationships while actively cultivating new partnerships across the region. This is a remote, work-from-home position, with significant regional and occasional national and international travel. Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with leading luxury travel advisors and agencies throughout the Central U.S. territory Represent a global portfolio of independent luxury hotels, resorts, and destination management companies, acting as a trusted extension of each partner’s commercial team Drive qualified, trackable bookings and revenue through all appropriate channels, including direct advisor engagement, GDS, wholesalers, and preferred programs Develop and maintain a robust database of key accounts, agencies, and advisor relationships within the region Manage a balanced schedule of remote account management and regular in-person agency visits Plan and execute regional roadshows, sales calls, and market activations to introduce Independently Yours partners and deepen advisor engagement Support national sales initiatives and brand-building strategies in collaboration with the Global VP of Sales at Independently Yours Attend major industry trade shows, networking events, and partner activations as required Plan, organize, and lead familiarization (FAM) trips for top-producing advisors to experience IY partner properties and destinations firsthand Maintain an active travel schedule to support relationship development and revenue goals Uphold and promote the Independently Yours brand across leisure, group, and corporate travel segments Support social media efforts by promoting IY partners and initiatives in alignment with brand standards Qualifications

2+ years of directly relevant experience

in luxury travel sales or marketing, with a strong emphasis on luxury hotels and/or destination management companies Proven success working with luxury travel advisors and agencies Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong understanding of luxury travel trends and advisor networks within the Central U.S. market Exceptional relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills (written and verbal) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Willingness and ability to travel frequently (estimated 25%–50%), including evenings and weekends as required Valid passport with no travel restrictions Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available) Preferred Experience On-property luxury hotel experience in a client-facing role Destination Management Company (DMC) sales or operations experience Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
