We’re seeking a dynamic
Selling Sales Manager
to drive growth, lead a high-performing team, and expand our Toshiba, Brother, and Lexmark solutions portfolio. Our long-term goal is for this person to eventually
lead our sales operations team
and develop into our senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets through direct selling and team leadership.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
Develop new business and cross-sell to existing clients.
Forecast and report revenue accurately.
Build strong customer relationships across SMB, commercial, and government sectors.
Monitor team performance and implement improvement strategies.
Collaborate with telemarketing team to maximize lead generation.
Drive profitability and meet company KPIs.
Qualifications
4+ years in office equipment or IT hardware sales leadership.
Proven success in hiring and developing sales teams.
Strong forecasting and business development skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
College degree required; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Ability to travel within territory.
What We Offer
First-year earnings: $85,000–$115,000 (with guaranteed draw for first 3 months).
