We just launched 1-800-Packouts in Central New Jersey, and we're making our very first hire.
We specialize in contents restoration — the careful packing, cleaning, climate-controlled storage, and return of personal belongings after fires, floods, and disasters. When families are going through the worst moments of their lives, we are the team that shows up and takes care of what matters most.
This is not a transactional sales role. It’s about building genuine relationships with restoration contractors, insurance adjusters, and property managers who need a partner they can trust under pressure.

You’ll be our first business‑development hire — which means your relationships, your instincts, and your approach will shape how we grow. As the territory matures, there’s a clear path to leading a sales team of your own.
What You’ll Do
Build genuine partnerships with restoration contractors and insurance professionals through face‑to‑face meetings, job‑site visits, and consistent follow‑up
Become the go‑to contents‑restoration expert across three counties
Conduct facility tours and capability presentations
Track relationships and activity in HubSpot CRM
Work directly with ownership during the critical launch phase — your input shapes how we operate
Compensation
Year 3+ Top Performer Upside: $150,000+
Commission is uncapped. The territory is wide open.
Quarterly bonus opportunities, vehicle reimbursement, laptop & phone, PTO, professional development, and industry conference access
