Location: Hybrid position reporting to 15901 E Skelly Drive, Tulsa, OK 74116; in-center 3–4 days weekly and remote 1–2 days weekly. If selected, you must be able to report to this location.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.

Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales and commission targets.

Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.

Explain bills and product features clearly.

Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate when needed.

Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.

Support various customer inquiries, including technical issues.

Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights, weekends, and overtime.

Work From Home (WFH) Requirements

Verified internet with minimum 12 Mbps upload and 18 Mbps download; dedicated work area.

AT&T will provide required equipment (keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, etc.).

Availability to work during established schedules; comply with policies and training.
