What You'll Do
Develop and build new client relationships from the ground up
Introduce American Roofing to potential customers and identify ideal client fit
Gain trust and win opportunities to showcase what makes us stand out
Nurture relationships into long-term partnerships
Work closely with estimators and leadership to close deals and drive growth
Continuously seek out new opportunities in the market
What You Bring
Proven success in B2B sales and complex sales cycles
Strong communication skills—from job site workers to C-suite executives
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute tactical plans
Self-motivated with a go-getter mentality
High integrity, trustworthiness, and strong interpersonal skills
Comfort with CRM tools, Excel, and mobile tech
Eagerness to learn the roofing industry—we’ll teach you that part
What We Offer
Competitive base salary ($60K–$100K, DOE)
Bonus potential based on performance

Additional Responsibilities
Perform small (emergency) repairs for clients
Manage project communication with Owner (After the sale)
Field measure and estimation of projects
Requirements
Be able to set up and access roofs using a 28’ ladder
Report to Columbus office daily at 7am
Training will require some travel to the Cincinnati office when necessary
