SALES PROFESSIONAL, CAROLINAS AND VIRGINIA TEAM PREFERRED BASE: RICHMOND SCHEDULE:
Daily territory travel with some overnight. We're hiring an industry-experienced flooring or tiling installation systems SALES PROFESSIONAL with a customer-first, solution-driven mindset to drive territory growth.
What You'll Do
Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service
Required Experience
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required)
Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)

Education
Bachelor\'s degree preferred or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant work experience is required
