Job Description:

This role supports multiple B2B marketing teams by building, optimizing, and maintaining HubSpot environments, ensuring clean data, reliable automation, and actionable reporting across clients.

Responsibilities

Support and execute HubSpot implementations across multiple client portals

Build and manage workflows, forms, lists, emails, landing pages, and CTAs

Configure lead lifecycle stages, lead status, MQL/SQL definitions, and routing rules

Manage and improve data quality, including deduplication and property hygiene

Build reports and dashboards for funnel, pipeline, and campaign performance

QA and test automations and assets prior to launch

Document processes, naming conventions, and system logic

Requirements Must-Haves

3–5+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience

Strong expertise across HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub

Experience building automation workflows and managing data inside HubSpot

Advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting (e.g., lookups)

B2B marketing industry experience

Experience in smaller, fast-moving environments

Strong communication skills with the ability to grow into a client-facing role

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in professional services, B2B media, or events industries

Power BI or similar reporting/BI tool exposure

Experience working in agency or consulting environments

Salesforce or other CRM integrations

This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility
