Overview FirstService Residential is looking for a dedicated SEO Marketing Specialist to play a key role in website content management for fsresidential.com. This role will be responsible for a variety of website operational tasks and duties, including SEO updates, maintaining content, and ensuring accuracy on the website through our Content Management System (CMS).

Responsibilities

Manage Marketing analytics, including creating reports, analyzing data, compiling and interpreting results.

Identify ways to improve execution and achieve organic traffic and lead generation goals through analytics and data findings.

Reporting traffic performance to senior leaders.

Work closely with creative teams to identify and explore opportunities to improve processes based on company objectives and implement innovative methodologies.

Manage and optimize website content, regularly following appropriate search engine friendly guidelines and best practices.

Review, edit, and deliver copy that reflect latest SEO best practices based on most up-to-date SEO tools, trends, and news.

Perform overall site maintenance.

Create new site content, including landing pages, through marketing automation tool for lead generation or events.

Responsible for testing and validating links, forms, and images.

Skills & Qualifications

Associate's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.

Knowledge of SEO and the various tools associated with it, such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BrightEdge, Moz, SEM Rush, etc.

Website management, HTML, and CSS knowledge.

At least one year of Digital Marketing experience.

Knowledge of and experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) like Kentico, SiteCore, or WordPress.

Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Graphic Design – basic knowledge for resizing and cropping images.

Ability to coordinate with staff to gather assets to implement changes.

Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools such as HubSpot, Act On, Marketo, etc.

Organized with a strong attention to detail.

Customer-service mindset to solve issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include high level of grammar and spelling expertise.

Critical thinker with problem-solving mind, willingness to learn.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities, adapt to changing direction of projects and strategies, work collaboratively within a team as well as independently, and work well with staff and leadership team.
