Porchlight Book Company, a bulk book e-commerce retailer in Milwaukee, WI,is hiring a full-time Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to own inbound demand and turn smart digital execution into measurable revenue . What You’ll Do Own inbound lead generation from strategy through execution Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns end-to-end Lead email marketing, including newsletters and targeted campaigns Manage and evolve Porchlight’s digital presence across channels Drive LinkedIn marketing (organic and paid) as a core growth lever Run focused paid search experiments (SEO/SEM) and scale what works Build and maintain the underlying systems that support repeatable growth Deliver clear performance reporting and insights to stakeholders What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience with SEO, SEM, and performance-driven digital campaigns Strong analytical instincts and comfort translating data into action Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills High ownership mindset along with a strong sense of curiosity This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales and is ideal for someone who wants impact, autonomy, and visibility into how their work directly drives growth.
