Davis Chevrolet located in Houston, TX is looking for a Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals with BDC or Equivalent Call Center Experience and the drive to succeed. We are a family owned dealership that has been in business since 1959, with a fantastic reputation for customer service. Responsibilities
Address incoming sales calls Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM Address customer concerns — understand and maintain product knowledge Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle Complete daily work activities Maintain customer satisfaction Other duties assigned
Qualifications
Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged Bilingual a plus Professional appearance Effective communication skills Team oriented Basic computer skills Team Velocity experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time position and we offer competitive compensation.
Salary: $26,960.00 - $55,450.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance, Health insurance, Paid time off, Vision insurance
Schedule & Location
8 hour shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Weekend availability Work Location: One location, In person

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required) Experience: Sales experience (1 year, Preferred); Customer Service (1 year, Preferred)
License & Location
