
Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Counter Associate to join our team in Watertown, WI. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently managing parts orders and inventory to support our service department and customers.
Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying and locating the correct parts for their vehicles. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently using the company’s inventory system. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the parts counter and storage areas. Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts. Answer phone inquiries and provide expert product knowledge to customers and staff. Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed. Perform other duties as assigned to support the parts department and overall dealership operations. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive parts or retail sales preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
