As a Strategy Analyst or Associate, you’ll drive strategic initiatives across our product portfolio. Your work will focus on pricing, product launches, customer experience, cross-sell initiatives, and exploring new channels or industries. This role is pivotal in understanding the impact of our strategies on product adoption and business growth. As a product-led growth company with a dual sales-led and self-serve motion, your ability to diagnose, own, and resolve onboarding barriers will be critical to our success. Who You Are
If applying for the Associate position: 1-3 years of experience in technology (B2B SaaS), management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity Ownership: Proactive, organized, and accountable, with a focus on delivering results and driving customer engagement. Honesty: Transparent, empathetic, and have integrity in all interactions Collaboration: Skilled at working cross-functionally and foster a culture of collaboration. Optimize and implement pricing, packaging, bundling, and discounting strategies to drive revenue and customer value across PDQ’s product suite Monitor key performance metrics and report insights Analyze and prioritize efforts across industries, markets, customer segments and selling motions Diagnose barriers to customer activation/engagement and operationalize solutions Support leadership with board reporting and strategic recommendations Provide analytical support to senior leaders across functional teams PDQ Perks & Benefits:
