Job Title: Foreman Telecom Underground (Foreman) Location: Phoenix, AZ Employer: Ervin Cable Construction What you’ll do
Direct and control the flow of traffic at construction sites, roadworks, and other areas requiring traffic management to ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists. Clearly communicate with all team members and your supervisor. Complete and approve a daily work shift. Perform traffic control and flagging activities in all weather conditions. Conduct other duties as assigned to you. Perform work for 10 to 14 hours a day. Be able to stand for long periods at a time on your feet. Must be able to wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Be able to adhere to all company policies and procedures. Follow all safety guidelines and policies. What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older Authorization to work in the United States for this company High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience Previous experience safely operating company trucks and vans but not required Have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Pass a background check Must pass a drug screen Previous flagger certification Benefits
