Full time Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage digital campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and other programmatic platforms Manage campaign budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend, adjusting daily spend based on demand trends and lead-flow patterns Analyze campaign performance daily to optimize toward lead quality, cost-effectiveness, and volume goals Monitor lead quality by channel and tactic, diagnosing root-cause issues and adjusting strategies accordingly Ensure accurate location-level targeting to support active hiring needs and maximize ROI Partner with creative teams to develop compelling advertisement assets tailored to driver audiences Own ongoing ad creation and testing (copy, creative, landing pages) to enhance conversion rates and campaign efficiency Build strong relationships with media vendors and recruitment-focused platforms, staying informed of emerging tools and industry shifts in online lead generation Collaborate with marketing teams focused on driver-recruitment strategy, funnel analysis, and digital lead acquisition Work closely with marketing strategy, analytics, recruiting, and operations partners to align digital media efforts with broader hiring goals Use data and insights to deliver clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders and recommend improvements backed by performance trends Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field with 3 years of experience in digital media buying, performance marketing, or marketing analytics And demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences Demonstrated analytical ability with experience interpreting performance data and making strategic adjustments Familiarity with online marketing best practices, digital lead generation, and paid media platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of CRM systems Self-starter with curiosity, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing B2B, recruiting, or lead-generation advertising programs Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other related platforms Experience with measurement tools, analytics platforms, or Looker Studio dashboards This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
