Own omnichannel transactional communications strategy aligned to CX and NPS goals Lead journey analysis, mapping, prioritization, and governance for non-marketing communications Manage and evolve email/SMS templates, libraries, and CX playbooks Partner with CRM, Product, Martech, and creative agencies to deliver scalable, high-quality communications Ensure best-in-class design, testing, personalization, and content continuity across channels Support platform and capability enhancements for transactional communications Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience Strong background in customer-focused marketing communications (Email, SMS, Direct Mail) Experience collaborating cross-functionally and with agencies Preferred
