We are currently looking for an

Executive Personal Assistant

to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage complex, dynamic calendars, prioritizing meetings, travel, and strategic commitments.

Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including agendas, briefings, presentations, and follow-up actions.

Serve as a primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Oversee travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and logistics.

Draft, proofread, and manage executive communications, including emails, memos, and correspondence.

Anticipate needs, proactively resolve issues, and ensure the Chairman is fully prepared for all engagements.

Maintain a calendar of personal events, holidays, milestones, and celebrations.

Assist with personal errands, reservations, gifting, and coordination of household- or family-related scheduling.

Liaise with personal service providers and vendors as needed.

What We’re Looking For

7+ years of high-level support experience working with HNW/UHNW individuals, C-suite executives, founders, or public figures.

Demonstrated history of managing complex calendars, communications, and logistics with precision.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and operate independently.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

High level of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365, scheduling tools, and modern communication platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting both professional and personal aspects of an executive’s life.

Ability to travel occasionally and remain flexible with work hours based on executive needs.

Bilingual skills with Spanish are a strong plus.
