
In this role, you will build strong relationships with buyers, shape regional sales strategy, and partner closely with the leadership and a collaborative internal support team. You’ll play a central role in strengthening our position as the preferred supplier for authentic Mexican products, lead key initiatives, and represent the company at industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen and expand existing business partnerships by cultivating strong relationships with grocery retailers, buyers, and distribution partners to drive sales across multiple retail channels.
Develop, implement, and monitor promotional plans that support defined growth objectives.
Contribute to annual sales and marketing planning by providing performance analysis, insights, and reporting.
Lead DSD and merchandising initiatives to accelerate product velocity and sales in key local markets.
Represent the brand in customer meetings and at regional trade shows, effectively communicating the value and differentiation of our product portfolio.
Essential Skills and Experience
5-7 years of proven success in branded food sales, with a strong preference for experience in salty snacks, deli, frozen food categories.
Deep understanding of pricing, trade promotions, and their impact on volume.
Expertise in managing key accounts, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
A track record of expanding sales, particularly in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods).
Field service experience (store level).
Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
Experience with Authentic Hispanic food products preferred
Must be detail oriented, well organized and able to multi-task several daily tasks
Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly with finance, operations, and marketing teams to achieve success.
Must be a solution seeker
Local travel (75% of the time - with mileage reimbursement)
