The Account Manager – Lowes plays a critical role in protecting revenue, margin, and customer relationships by ensuring executional excellence across one of IOC’s most complex and demanding retail partnerships. They have ownership over day-to-day execution, operational performance, and cross-functional coordination of the Spring Valley business at Lowes. This role serves as the central point of accountability for program execution, item readiness, order accuracy, and vendor compliance, ensuring Lowes standards are consistently met while supporting long-term account growth. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to offer their expertise in retail account management. Responsibilities

Account Management, Execution, and Strategy Execute sales programs, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and new product launches for Lowes Home Improvement. Lawn & Garden programs Manage annual programs for lawn & garden products under both Spring Valley and private label brands. Item setup and compliance Own Lowes retailer systems and portals related to item setup, pricing, promotions, forecasting inputs, and compliance requirements. Vendor performance Track and manage vendor performance metrics including OTIF, ASN accuracy, routing compliance, fill rates, and scorecard performance; proactively resolve and escalate issues to minimize cost and service risk. Regional programs Support Lowes consumer and Pro channel initiatives, including regional programs and field-driven opportunities where applicable. Reviews & Product Assortment Management Drive preparation and execution of assortment reviews, line reviews, and resets, ensuring all materials, data, and timelines align with Lowes expectations. Launch readiness Coordinate and manage item setup, documentation, pricing, compliance requirements, and readiness activities to support successful launches. Launch concepts Translate new product concepts into executable launch plans, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and on-time delivery. Risk management Track key milestones and proactively address risks that could delay launches or resets. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support Act as the execution partner to Sales, supporting account strategy, growth initiatives, and customer priorities. Cross-functional alignment Collaborate closely with supply chain, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accurate forecasting, on-time deliveries, and efficient replenishment. Marketing collaboration Partner with marketing on merchandising strategy, packaging development, planogram support, and promotional materials. Finance collaboration Work with finance to manage promotional funding, deductions, chargebacks, margin performance, and ROI analysis. Leadership support Support senior leadership in customer meetings, internal business reviews, and strategic planning discussions. Order Management & Execution Oversee end-to-end order management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely fulfillment. Policy familiarity Maintain strong working knowledge of Lowes policies, procedures, and operational systems, including replenishment and compliance processes. Coordination Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment, execution consistency, and service excellence. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve order, product, or operational issues quickly and effectively. Resource Serve as a solution-oriented resource for internal teams, customers, and vendors. Data analysis Collect, analyze, and report on POS, inventory, and promotional performance data. Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in account management, preferably within retail, big-box, or Lowes accounts. Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Strong understanding of order management processes and retail compliance. Ability to manage complex projects such as line reviews and product launches while conducting day-to-day operations while meeting all deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requires advanced communication and presentation. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. This position involves periodic travel (approximately 20–30%), according to business needs Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant discipline required. Experience in consumer product sales. Prior experience working directly with Lowes. Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and internal departments. Familiarity with product setup, SKU management, and retail systems. Growth Opportunity
