We're excited to announce that we're working with a unique lab equipment provider that is looking to expand it's capacity on the West Coast with a new hire who will build out this region using a personalised blend of technical experience with a strategic sales approach to optimise growth and revenue.

We're looking for a Sales Account Executive with the capabilities to identify, target and sell to Biotech across the West Coast, remotely based in California. Who is well-versed with a variety of laboratory equipment, ranging from large lab instrumentation to general lab supplies.

Responsibilities

Identify, target and break potential Biotech clients on the West Coast

Build and maintain relationships you'd build with key stakeholders

Conduct, provide and use market research to engage with prospects

Manage your own pipeline and edit CRM accordingly to track leads

Produce, manage and execute cold & warm approaches to prospects

Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential Biotech clients

Collaborate with company product specialists and support staff

Create and provide a strategy to build the West Coast clientele

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in the Life Sciences

Proven sales experience and track record in selling laboratory equipment

Demonstrated ability to set goals and achieve them

Strong communication skills and understanding of sales process

Experience in managing a book of business

Strategic thought process to progress sales in the region

MUST BE BASED IN CALIFORNIA
