A New York–based asset management firm is seeking a motivated, down-to-earth Executive Assistant to join their NYC office. This role supports a group of senior and mid-level professionals in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to a small team of senior and mid-level professionals
Manage complex Outlook calendars and scheduling
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conference calls, and video conferences
Arrange conference rooms, catering, and meeting materials
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itinerary changes, accommodations, car services, etc.
Prepare and submit expense reports using Concur
Answer phones, screen calls, and take messages
Assist with document preparation, printing, binding, and distribution
Maintain confidential records and documentation
Provide backup support and collaborate with other Executive Assistants
Support ad hoc projects and general administrative needs
Ideal Candidate
7+ years of Executive Assistant experience; financial services preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience coordinating domestic and international travel
Team-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
Comfortable in a fast-paced office environment
Salary : $80,000–$110,000 base salary DOE + paid overtime + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
