6-month contract with possibility of extension or conversion We’re looking for an
Associate Escrow Assistant
to support a high-volume escrow team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the escrow process Open orders and input closing statement information Prepare documents for closing and manage disbursement and follow-up of escrow transactions Interpret agreements related to closings and prepare required transaction documents Communicate requirements and updates to clients Receive and process mail via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Stack and organize closing packages and related documents Ship documents to collateral warehouses, lenders, and borrowers Perform task management and data entry in internal systems Review and reconcile documents within closing packages ⚠️
Note:
This role may require overtime, especially during end-of-month peak periods. Required Skills: Strong customer service and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude Familiarity with company or client operating systems is a plus Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
