Job Description Eagle Aviation is seeking a full-time

Customer Service Representative

to support front desk operations at our KCAE location. The CSR plays a critical role in delivering friendly, efficient, and professional service to pilots, passengers, and flight crews. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics, processing transactions, and communicating with incoming aircraft. This front-line position is ideal for personable, dependable individuals who thrive in a customer-facing role. No aviation experience required—we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist pilots, passengers, and flight departments

Make car rental, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements

Coordinate and place in-flight catering orders

Communicate via radio with incoming aircraft

Take and manage fuel orders

Process invoices and handle credit card transactions

Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively

Must be available to work weekends

No aviation experience necessary—training will be provided

Compliance

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening

Must have a valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation
