
PART-TIME Customer Service Representative

WORK HOURS- Mon- Thurs. 3:00pm- 7:00PM Friday- 7:30AM- 7:00PM
The CSR plays a crucial role in coordinating ground support services at the airport's fixed-base operator (FBO). Customer Service Representatives must be professional, detail-oriented, and driven to provide excellent service.
Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
Provide airport, weather, and parking advisories professionally to aircraft via the UNICOM
Utilize Total FBO software to conduct point of sale transactions and payments on account
Handle incoming phone and email service requests from customers
Coordinate with the line service department to ensure customer requests are executed correctly and on time
Assist customers with hotel, rental car, and courtesy car requests
Coordinate customer requests for operations outside of normal business hours
Ensure the airport lobby, café, conference rooms, and pilot’s lounge are clean and prepared for customer use.
Other duties as assigned

Ability to multitask and exhibit superior attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Collaborative Professionalism – ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals
High School diploma/GED required
