Overview
SEASONAL EMPLOYMENT – GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE, The Washington County Golf Course, located in Hartford, WI, is hiring seasonal employees to join our Grounds Crew. The seasonal positions typically work between April through October. We will consider applicants that may only be available for a portion of this timeframe.
Responsibilities
Duties for the grounds crew may include painting, cleaning, lawn mowing, grounds maintenance, and light construction.
Duties for equipment operator may include mowing greens, tees, fairways, rough and raking bunkers.
Work Hours
Grounds Crew: Up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. and some weekends from 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Equipment Operator: 2 to 5 days per week. 3–6 hours per day, usually starting at 5:30 a.m. and some weekends from 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Compensation Hourly Rate: $13 - $16 per hour (based on experience). There are no benefits included.
Qualifications
Minimum age of 16
Must possess a valid Wisconsin driver’s license
