
Responsibilities
Prospect, develop, and close new domestic freight business Manage and grow an active book of business through relationship building and consistent follow-up Understand customer shipping needs and propose tailored logistics solutions Collaborate closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure service excellence Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity Stay informed on market trends, capacity shifts, and pricing dynamics Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience within logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred Strong knowledge of domestic freight modes (TL, LTL, intermodal, etc.) is a plus Proven ability to hunt, negotiate, and close new business Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills About the Company
