What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Lead and manage a team of provider relations professionals, ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and consistent performance. Oversee daily operations within provider relations and ensure alignment with organizational standards. Establish and monitor productivity and quality benchmarks for your team. Manage departmental costs and support budget planning and analysis. Coordinate pre‑contract activities, including site visits, credentialing support, and onboarding providers to contractual expectations. Support enterprise initiatives focused on enhancing provider engagement, quality, and overall performance. Hire, train, coach, and develop staff while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in managed care, healthcare delivery systems, project leadership, or staff management. Knowledge of government‑sponsored healthcare programs such as Medicaid or Medicare. Strong background in provider relations or contracting, including communication and negotiation expertise. Proven experience leading teams or managing cross‑functional projects, with responsibilities such as hiring, training, and performance management.
