Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated professional to strengthen partnerships with healthcare providers and support high‑quality care delivery within our communities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in relationship management, performance improvement, and consultative account management.

What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, addressing operational inquiries, claims concerns, and process updates Build and maintain strong provider relationships through regular in‑person visits and consistent engagement Assess provider performance and collaborate on strategies to improve quality, cost efficiency, utilization, and value‑based care outcomes Conduct provider onboarding and ensure they understand policies, procedures, systems, and available tools Use data and analytics to monitor performance and deliver actionable insights Support value‑based care initiatives and performance‑aligned agreements Educate providers on industry trends, best practices, and operational requirements Manage provider demographic updates and coordinate resolution of issues with internal teams Travel locally up to four days per week

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience 2+ years of experience in managed care, provider relations, medical group operations, quality improvement, claims, contracting, or utilization management Project management experience within a healthcare environment (medical group, IPA, or health plan) Strong understanding of quality and performance metrics such as HEDIS, cost, and utilization Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and proactively support provider needs
