$90–$100/hour Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be an experienced HRIS leader with strong knowledge of HR operations, business process translation, and enterprise HR system management. This individual will demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects, analyze workforce data, and support strategic HR technology initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment. Skills & Core Competencies Strong understanding of HR processes and operational workflows Ability to translate business needs into system and functional requirements Proven project management, multitasking, and prioritization capabilities Advanced analytical, reporting, and statistical analysis skills Experience supporting HR technology optimization and process improvement Requirements Disclosure of any previous Parkland employment history in candidate profile –
