$90–$100/hour Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will be an experienced HRIS leader with strong knowledge of HR operations, business process translation, and enterprise HR system management. This individual will demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects, analyze workforce data, and support strategic HR technology initiatives within a dynamic healthcare environment.
