Business Development Specialist
to join our growing team! We’re seeking a
dynamic, results-driven professional
with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. If you thrive in sales, excel at client development, and want to make an impact in the staffing industry, this role is for you. Candidates must be local to NJ for consideration. Starting salary- $70,000 - $80,000/yr., based on experience. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand partnerships across Professional, Skilled Industrial, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare, Legal, IT, and Financial sectors. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions. Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Represent J & J Staffing at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Present our services to decision-makers and hiring managers, addressing staffing challenges and driving long-term success. Stay informed on industry trends and labor market shifts to uncover new opportunities. Qualifications
1–3 years of B2B sales experience (staffing/recruiting industry preferred). Proven success selling into one or more target industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with video conferencing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with daily prospecting and cold calls. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
