Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize our client's Salesforce environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the platform remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting users while enhancing CRM functionality.
Qualifications 2+ years of Salesforce administration experience Experience with Sales Cloud (Person Accounts preferred) Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201 preferred) Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration, configuration, support, and maintenance Respond promptly to support tickets and user requests Customize Salesforce components, including objects, fields, page layouts, and record types Manage user administration, including: Access provisioning and onboarding Profiles, roles, and permission sets Plug-in license allocation as needed
Maintain CRM data integrity through: Duplicate management and matching rule updates Deduplication and cleanup efforts Data migration and remediation tasks
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through automation using: Flow Validation rules Queues and assignment rules Approval processes
Design and build custom report types, reports, dashboards, and grids to deliver actionable insights Lead user training, onboarding, and documentation to improve CRM adoption Support system enhancements, new feature deployments, and third-party integrations (AppExchange applications) Stay current on Salesforce releases by testing features in sandbox environments and supporting rollout to end users Adapt responsibilities as business priorities and project needs evolve Preferred Skills & Tools
Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals (custom objects, fields, automation tools) Analytical, proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills, especially translating technical concepts for non-technical users Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with tools such as: Conga Composer Gridbuddy Outreach.io Clay.io
