
We’re seeking a skilled
Salesforce Admin Consultant
to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions for our business needs. You will serve as the go‑to expert for translating requirements into efficient system configurations, helping teams leverage Salesforce to drive performance and productivity.
Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and gather technical requirements
Design and implement Salesforce solutions across various clouds (Sales, Service, etc.)
Customize objects, workflows, and reports based on user needs
Provide training, documentation, and post‑implementation support
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure best practices
Stay updated with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, or Consultant preferred)
Strong understanding of CRM processes and data flows
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Experience with third‑party integrations and Salesforce apps is a plus
