Customer Account Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Portland-based company to find a dedicated Customer Account Coordinator to join their team. In this role, you will support client relationships and account management, ensuring customers receive excellent service and support while helping the company maintain strong, lasting client partnerships. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and account maintenance Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide timely solutions Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account updates Support reporting, data analysis, and process improvements to enhance the customer experience Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, account coordination, or related roles Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or account management software Pay Details: $20.00 to $35.00 per hour Search managed by: Jake Anderson Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
