Brand Management & Execution Support annual and quarterly brand/vertical planning, tracking progress against objectives and helping manage project timelines. Assist with brand/vertical activation and execution across marketing, innovation, sales, and cross-functional partners. Contribute to short-term strategy development by gathering inputs, coordinating team activities, and managing project documentation. Help monitor competitive trends and market dynamics to ensure brand plans remain responsive and relevant. Manage brand budget tracking, invoice processing, and ensure accurate reconciliation of marketing spend. Ad-hoc support of digital and social execution including campaigns and asset management, and agency support. Brand Analytics & Reporting Gather, organize, and maintain brand performance data using syndicated and internal sources (e.g., Circana, shopper data, panel insights), updating reports and templates to support business reviews. With manager guidance, analyze basic trend and consumption data, summarizing key findings and supporting simple recommendations as skills develop. Dedicate time to learning and training on available analytics tools, building foundational capability in interpreting market and shopper metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Participate in cross-functional meetings with Marketing, Sales Strategy, Insights, Finance, and Innovation to support alignment on key initiatives. Provide clear, organized communication that helps maintain project clarity and ensures stakeholders have the information they need. Qualifications
Required Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of marketing, marketing related, or sales experience. Pattern of initiative and success. Ability to work effectively in a team environment on a variety of complex projects. Strong analytical and time management skills. Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated creative thinking skills. Demonstrated aptitude and effectiveness in budget and financial management. Preferred 3+ years of marketing, marketing related, or sales experience. Master's degree. Experience in consumer packaged goods. Familiarity with syndicated data sources e.g. IRI/Circana. Location
