The CSR will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The comprehensive training program includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor. Responsibilities Log calls and create service tickets. The training schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, encompassing three weeks of classroom learning and one week of hands-on experience. There are 12 positions available with various shift schedules. Shift options include: 8 AM to 5 PM with days off on Sunday and Thursday; 9 AM to 6 PM with days off on Sunday and Wednesday; 10 AM to 7 PM with days off on Sunday and Wednesday; 10 AM to 7 PM with days off on Sunday and Saturday; 11 AM to 8 PM with days off on Sunday and Monday; 11 AM to 8 PM with days off on Tuesday and Saturday; 12 PM to 9 PM with days off on Wednesday and Thursday; 12 PM to 9 PM with days off on Friday and Saturday; 12 PM to 9 PM with days off on Sunday and Monday; 1 PM to 10 PM with days off on Thursday and Saturday; 1 PM to 10 PM with days off on Friday and Saturday.
