Inside Sales Representative

Addison Group is partnering with a family owned, established and growing consumer products company. This stable company offers a small-office environment that values collaboration, long-term employee tenure, and strong customer relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customer accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities. This role blends account management with proactive inside sales and is well-suited for a motivated sales professional who enjoys relationship-building and achieving growth targets! This position is fully onsite in Wheeling and offers travel to two trade shows per year. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts via phone and email Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities Develop strong relationships to expand existing accounts and uncover new business Educate customers on product offerings, customization options, and pricing Prepare quotes and proposals and actively follow up to secure orders Coordinate order specifications, designs, and timelines with internal teams Maintain accurate records using internal systems and Excel-based tools Collaborate with a close-knit sales team to meet and exceed sales goals 35 years of inside sales, account management, or business development experience Proven ability to grow accounts and identify new sales opportunities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a small-office, team-oriented environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel Experience with CRM Direct hire opportunity Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:00 PM (30-minute lunch) Fully onsite, business casual environment Extended hours may be required during peak season (July 1October 15) Onsite product training provided Performance-based bonus opportunities Supportive, family-oriented workplace culture Hands-on training and long-term growth potential Collaborative team environment where contributions are valued Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
