The Neuropsych Sales Specialist is a strategic, results-driven professional responsible for significant sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions. The Sales Specialist possesses a deep understanding of account-based selling, a proven ability to build and maintain strong total office relationships, and a collaborative mindset to support cross-functional initiatives. Successful candidates will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills to proactively identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions for customers, and exceed performance expectations. Demonstrating a strong business acumen, the Sales Specialist will effectively manage territory resources, share best practices with internal team members, and align goals with organizational targets. Essential areas of responsibility include building rapport and relationships by interacting effectively with regional team members and key external contacts, providing healthcare product demonstrations, consulting with physicians and medical office staff to promote products and provide education, strategically managing and growing relationships with key accounts, regularly reviewing sales data to create effective territory plans, maintaining a competitive edge by addressing market challenges, working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives, maintaining a call average with healthcare providers, taking calculated risks to solve issues creatively, adhering to Teva's compliance policies, and achieving sales performance goals. Education/certification/experience: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a related field. At least 1 year of full-time, documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience strongly preferred. Skills/knowledge/abilities include a proven record of accomplishments, demonstrated interpersonal skills, well-developed written and oral communication skills, ability to interact with healthcare providers, knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred, new product launch experience preferred, broad therapeutic area experience particularly in the therapeutic area preferred, and valid US driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Travel requirements: Regular travel, which may include air travel and weekend or overnight travel. Territory boundaries include the entire state of Montana, Spokane, WA/Couer d'Alene, ID, west to Moses Lake, WA, and south to Lewiston, ID. Territory boundaries are subject to change based on business need. Compensation data: The annual starting salary for this position is between $88,000
$160,000 annually. This position also qualifies for participation in the company's sales incentive plan, which rewards employees based on their achievement of defined sales targets and adheres to the plan's established guidelines.
